On completion of an Abilita online questionnaire, a report is automatically generated and available to the Abilita licensed Consultant.

The Abilita Inital Report (ARI or ARI-PI) includes:

• ARI or ARI-PI rating (risk of delayed recovery)
• ARI or ARI-PI score (Questionnaire total out of 200)
• Work status
• Summary of influential factors (beliefs, expectations, perceptions) in the domains of Pain*, Function, Emotions, Coping, Confidence, Work Perceptions and Occupational Factors. (*Pain not included in ARI-PI report)
• Chart of influential factors. See Case Study for example
• Scores of the OMPSQ and PSEQ in ARI report.  And score of DASS21 in ARI-PI report. 

The Abilita Profile Report provides additional detail of the influential factors specifically to guide the Rehabilitation Consultant's selection of topics for the tailored coaching program.

The Abilita Impact Report provides a comparison to all items in the Inital Report recording changes that have occurred in response to the coaching program.

The Abilita Review Report (1 and 2) may be generated to review,  monitor and measure ongoing progress.  These provide a comparison with the most recent previous report.
