Abilita self-report questionnaires are hosted in the secure ABnet website which is accessed by Consultants employed by an Abilita Licensee.  Consultants open the questionnaire for a participant to complete online in that location, or send a password for a participant to complete on their own computer.

Each response is made by a single keystroke eg selection of a number.  The questionnaires take most people between 10 and 20 minutes to complete.

The Abilita Rehabilitation Index (ARI) questionnaire is relevant to people experiencing pain and physical disability, with or without psychological distress.

This questionnaire is comprised 62 questions and includes the Orebro Musculoskeletal Pain Screening Questionnaire and the Pain Self Efficacy Questionnaire plus 26 other specifically selected questions. 

The Abilita Rehabilitation Index - Psychological Impairment (ARI-PI) is relevant to people experiencing a psychological injury or illness.

This questionnaire is comprised of 73 questions and includes the Depression Anxiety and Stress Scales plus 52 other specifically selected questions. 

Participant responses remain confidential. The Abilita Initial Report is generated from these responses.
