For a small additional cost, the Abilita Program enhances ANY rehabilitation program whether the goal is independence, quality of life or return to work. This program DOES reduce the personal, community, compensation and employment costs associated with injury and illness.

When Abilita is included;

• The participant of rehabilitation is reassured, knowing that their concerns, goals and priorities are being considered.  
• The Rehabilitation Consultant is equipped with a structured evidence-based method and the resources to assist their clients cope with challenge and change.
• Treatment Providers are assured that the biopsychosocial aspects are effectively addressed, while they continue to attend to management of the diagnosed condition.
• Employers and Insurers have an objective measurement of risk of delayed recovery, rehabilitation needs, and of the effectiveness of the coaching intervention.

Analysis of Outcomes to date confirms the Abilita Program's efficacy in achieving reduced disability, improved function and strong work outcomes.
